Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

At this time, services are offered on a cash-based model, which allows us to focus fully on your care without the restrictions of insurance. We’re happy to provide documentation (a superbill) you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What’s included in an evaluation?

Your first visit (initial evaluation) includes a full assessment of your needs, goals, lifestyle, and medical history. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that integrates therapy into the activities and settings that matter most to you. You will receive a personalized physical therapy starter kit (this could be a balance board, theraband, foam balance pad, weights) to assist you on your wellness journey.

Is Telehealth available, and is it effective?

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth sessions for evaluations, follow-ups, and check-ins. Research shows telehealth physical therapy is effective, and with our AI-enabled body recognition and analysis, we can provide real time feedback on posture, movement, and exercises, making your virtual care just as interactive and personalized as in-person sessions.

Where do in-person sessions take place?

We’re a mobile and community centered practice. That means sessions can be held in your home, outdoors, or in community spaces where you feel comfortable and motivated.

Can you help me with more than just therapy?

Yes! In addition to physical therapy, we offer Care Navigation & Wellness Coordination: help with navigating healthcare systems, finding resources, scheduling appointments, and connecting you to the right providers and supports.

Do you offer preventative care?

Absolutely. We believe in optimizing function and wellness, not just treating injury. Whether you’re preparing for a new adventure, seeking to age well, or simply wanting to move with more confidence, we’ll help you build strength, resilience, and joy into your everyday life.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. No Shows will incur a $50 fee. Fee must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.
